Patt Miller has been a member of the U.S. Pizza Team since 2005. He won his spot on the team with his unique dough-tossing routine spun to the theme song of Super Mario Bros. Patt owns The Flying Pizza in Columbus, Ohio, and got his start when he was 15 years old at Dewey's Pizza in Cincinnati where he first saw pizza-spinning. "I was interested from day one how to toss pizza. For a while I just watched and learned until eventually I convinced them to train me." He was the youngest employee in the kitchen to toss, and soon became the best at Dewey's Pizza.
He got started in pizza-spinning contests when Dewey's Pizza held a pizza trick competition. Patt has not only won awards for pizza spinning, but has also won awards for his culinary pizza-making skills. He has appeared on several different local and national news stations, The Today Show, CBS, Fox and been featured in several newspapers around the country.
